If you have had an NCGA GHIN number within the last two years please be sure to indicate this number on your application. There is a question asking if you have a GHIN number so if you have had one in the past two years the answer is yes and then fill in the appropriate number. For those who have already submitted their application, your new NCGA GHIN number will be merged with your old NCGA GHIN number and you will retain your old NCGA GHIN number.
